All you college students out there, don’t you dread this time of year? One week before Thanksgiving break, two weeks of classes, and then one week finals left in the year. I know I do!
The struggle is real.
This is the time of year when students have so much on their plate – papers, study, assignments, brunches, and holiday celebrations. The worst part of it all is that this is the time when motivation is at its lowest point.
To help get through the next month I have three tips:
1. Exercise: This is my biggest suggestion. The more you exercise, the less stressed you will be.
2. Have a sleep schedule: Having routined sleep is the best thing you can do for your body – remember, you must have between 7-9hours of sleep each night!
3. Eat Healthy: I know this sounds cliche, but I promise you, you will feel better because of it.
And so let the studying begin…
