I absolutely love Kashi’s Hummus Crisps, especially the Sun-dried Tomato, Basil & Feta flavour!
If any of you girls out there are like me and love to eat healthy food, but also fall victim to the great taste of junk food, these are perfect for you! Often when I am at work and forget to bring a snack, I go to the cafe to pick out something to eat, instead of lollies or Twisties, I will pick something like this. The great thing about these crisps is that they are low in calories and high in fibre…and they’re whole grain! Such a healthier choice compared to normal chips 🙂
I love to eat healthy for two reasons: (1) it is good for my body and (2) it is good for my mind. Most people don’t know how important eating habits are for your mental wellbeing 🙂
