Joy on Christmas Day

Things to be grateful for on this beautiful day, and every day hereafter:
Family, friends and loved ones
As cliché as it is, it really is the most important thing to be thankful for. That you have people around you who love you, care for you and want the best for you. Forget about those who have done wrong by you, and appreciate those that are still around.
Your inner strength
Take pride in making it through 2016; It may have taken all the strength you have, but you did it. Be grateful for that. Be proud.
Having faith in people, places and things
Regardless go what happens in life, it is important to hope for the best. This is what keeps us going each and every day, and hold us back from reaching bitterness. Have faith in your favourite places, family, friends, flowers blossoming, and everything else between.
Observing joy
My favourite part about Christmas is seeing happiness on the faces of the people I care about. I’m not quite so why, but as humans we tend to find warmth, happiness and contentment in the joy of others.
The sun rise
Smile and appreciate that no matter what happens, the sun will rise each day and you will too.
Merry Christmas xx
